Starpets Card Payment Not Working Because System Forces Gamepay Use

As of November 22, 2025, I have been experiencing a payment issue while trying to make a purchase on the Starpets website. Even though my card has sufficient balance, when I attempt to pay by card, the system continually redirects me to the Gamepay section, and the process ends with a “payment declined” message. Because of this, I am unable to buy the dragon pet I want.
Despite having enough money on my card, the payment does not go through on Starpets, and the system will not allow me to complete a direct card payment. I have not yet contacted my bank or your customer service, but I believe the issue stems from Starpets’ payment routing and infrastructure.
I request that Starpets urgently identify and fix this technical problem so users can make direct card payments without being forced into Gamepay and complete their transactions without issues.
