StarMaker VIP 3 Account Permanently Banned - Unban Request

My StarMaker account with ID 100108744*** was permanently banned on 11/9 due to an alleged illegal behaviour, as shown in the attached screenshot. I was not given any clear or specific explanation about what exactly I did wrong. I am a VIP 3 client on the application and I am still progressing and increasing my VIP level, which means I have spent considerable time and money on this account. I always use the app for entertainment and singing only and I have never intentionally violated the rules or committed any illegal activity. I respectfully request that my account be manually reviewed by a responsible team member, and that the ban decision be cancelled if there is no clear and proven violation. If there is any misunderstanding or mistake, I ask you to inform me of the exact reason so that I can avoid it in the future and continue using my account normally.
