StarMaker Account Muted With Error 102311 After Unfair Report
My Starmaker account with the ID 100114253*** was banned/muted on 30 August 2026 with error code 102311. The notification I see says that I have been muted and cannot use the feature and that I should check system messages for details. I believe this action was taken based on a fake or unjust report, because I have not intentionally violated any Starmaker rules or community guidelines. I use the app only to sing, interact respectfully with other users and enjoy the platform, and this ban has prevented me from using the features I normally use. Since the ban, I have tried all possible options such as in‑app support and other contact channels, but I have not received a clear explanation or a solution. I am very disappointed that my account has been restricted without a fair and transparent review. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, the fake report be investigated, and my ID be fully unbanned as soon as possible so that I can continue using Starmaker normally.
