StarMaker Muted My Account for 80 Years Without Any Explanation

I have been using the StarMaker app on my Android phone, and my account with the ID 62174586*** was suddenly muted without any reason. First I received a message saying the account was muted for one month, and only about a minute later a new system message arrived changing the mute duration to 80 years. I was shocked by this, because I did not do anything that violates the rules or justifies muting my account. This situation is very unfair to me, as I can no longer use my account normally and I have not been given any clear explanation or evidence of any violation. I feel punished without knowing what I supposedly did wrong. I kindly request that my account be unmuted immediately and fully restored, and that this unjust mute decision be removed from my record. I also expect StarMaker to review this action and ensure that such extreme measures are not taken against users without clear and valid reasons.
