StarMaker Suspended My Account Without Explanation or Support
I was using the StarMaker app on my Android phone with the ID 13350356*** when I was suddenly logged out of the platform. Since that day, I have been unable to log in again and I always see a message stating that my account is suspended. For the last year, I have been repeatedly contacting StarMaker support about this suspension, but I have not received any response or explanation from them. I have not been informed of any specific violation or reason, and my messages have simply been ignored. I request that StarMaker either reactivate my access or help me by providing a solution such as supporting me in creating and using a new account instead of the suspended one. I also expect a clear and timely response from your support team so that this issue, which has been ongoing for a year, can finally be resolved.
