StarMaker Blocked My Account and I Cannot Send Messages

I have been using StarMaker actively and for the past month my entire account has been muted/blocked. When I try to message anyone, the application shows a notice that my ID is blocked so I cannot send messages to anyone. This situation prevents me from using the platform normally and communicating with other users. During this period I repeatedly contacted StarMaker support through the available channels. However, I have only received automatic AI-type replies and my account has still not been unmuted or properly reviewed. I have not been given a clear explanation of the exact reason for the block, and there has been no real support interaction to resolve the issue. I kindly request that my StarMaker account be urgently reviewed by a real support agent, that the mute/block on my ID be removed, and that my messaging and normal usage rights be fully restored if there is no valid reason for this restriction. I also request a clear explanation about why my account was blocked and what steps I should avoid in the future to prevent this from happening again.
