StarMaker Mute Still Active Long After Penalty Period Ended

I am a user of the StarMaker application, and my account with ID 62166611*** was muted for a one‑month period due to an alleged violation. According to the penalty, the mute was supposed to last from 05/03/2026 until 05/04/2026. However, although more than two months have passed since then, I still cannot recover my account or use it normally, and the mute has not been lifted. I contacted StarMaker support, but I only receive an automatic, standard message that merely repeats the reason for the mute without explaining why the penalty is continuing beyond the original one‑month period or when it will end. This situation is unfair and has caused me unnecessary frustration, as I have already accepted and completed the one‑month punishment. I request that my account mute be cancelled immediately and that my account be fully restored, since the specified penalty period has clearly ended. I also ask for a clear explanation as to why the mute has continued beyond the announced duration.
