I have been using the StarMaker application with the account ID 13359769***, and my account was suddenly blocked today. In the app, it says that my account was suspended for “illegal behavior”, but I do not know what this accusation is based on. I have only used StarMaker to sing and participate in the community in a normal way, and I have never knowingly violated any rules or behaved illegalle. I was not given any clear information about what exactly I supposedly did wrong, and I find it very upsetting that my account was blocked without any understandable reason. I kindly request that my account be checked again in detail, that I be informed clearly if there has been any misunderstanding, and that my account be reactivated. I also kindly ask to be informed about how long the review and possible reactivation of my account will take, because I would like to continue using StarMaker as soon as possible.
