StarMaker Account Banned - Reinstatement Request
I have been using my StarMaker account for about two to three months, and on February 27 my account and device were suddenly banned while I was on a live stream. The app logged me out automatically and showed the message: “Sorry your account is blocked due to illegal behavior in the app, the length of the blocked time depends on the degree of the illegal behavior, you can never log in.” I am using StarMaker in the Philippines on an Android device, and my StarMaker ID is 100115493***. The email linked to my account is gabriele***@gmail.co m. I believe this ban is a mistake. The only possible issue I can think of is my cover photo, which may be considered sexy, but all my genitals are fully covered and I have seen many other users using far more vulgar and explicit pictures without being banned. This is my first violation since I joined, and I have never intentionally broken any rules or engaged in illegal behavior on the app. After the ban, I tried multiple times to contact StarMaker support. In the app, I am told to report the issue there, but when I do so, the app directs me to email support. When I email support, I am again told to report it in the app. This loop keeps repeating and I am not receiving any clear explanation, evidence, or proper review of my case. I respectfully request that my account be reinstated and the device ban lifted, as I feel this situation is very unfair and disproportionate. I ask for a proper review of my profile and activity, and if I have unintentionally violated any rule, I would like a clear explanation instead of a permanent ban without due process. I am ready to adjust my cover photo or any content if necessary, but I do not think a full account and device ban is justified in this case.
