StarMaker Account Banned Without Clear Rule Violation

I am a StarMaker user and my account has been wrongly restricted. My StarMaker ID is Kritika with ID number 100047638***, and the email linked to this account is meghasi***[email protected]. On 11/10/2025, I suddenly lost access to this account. When I try to log in, I see the message in Hindi that the user has been banned for violating the platform’s rules and that for security reasons others are advised not to contact this user privately. I do not know which rule I am supposed to have violated, and I have not intentionally done anything against the StarMaker community guidelines. I kindly request that you review this ban decision in detail, explain clearly what the problem is, and if there is no serious violation, please restore and reopen my Kritika account so that I can continue using StarMaker with my existing ID and data.
