StarMaker Banned My Shrimita Account Without Warning or Explanation


I am a user of the StarMaker application and my account with the ID/username “shrimita”, linked to the email address sarafranjan****@gmail.com, was banned about two days ago without any prior warning or explanation. Since then, I have not been able to log in or use my account as before. After the ban, I tried to get information and a solution, but I have not received any reply from StarMaker yet. I have not been informed about the reason for this ban, and I believe there has been a mistake or misunderstanding regarding my account. I kindly request that my “shrimita” account be reviewed in detail, the ban be removed and my account be fully restored, or at least I be given a clear explanation of the reason and evidence for this ban.
