StarMaker Forbidden Account Error

I am a StarMaker user on Android and I am writing because some of my accounts are currently marked as “forbidden account” and cannot join party rooms. This issue started yesterday and it affects only some of my accounts, not all of them. When I try to enter party rooms with those accounts, I receive a “forbidden account” restriction and I am not allowed to join. I contacted StarMaker support and I was told that my accounts were detected as multiple accounts and therefore banned from entering party rooms and similar features. However, my previous main account connected to Facebook has actually been banned since around 2021, and I only recently started opening and using accounts again about two weeks ago. I believe there may be a misunderstanding or an incorrect multiple-account flag applied on my accounts. I kindly request that StarMaker review my accounts again, remove the multiple accounts flag and the “forbidden account” status, and restore my ability to join party rooms. I would like to continue using the application normally and participate in party rooms without restrictions.
