Burberry Hero Perfume Atomizer Streams Liquid Instead of Spraying Mist

Approximately 7 to 8 months ago, I purchased a 50 ml bottle of Burberry Hero perfume from the Boyner store at Forum Trabzon. Ever since I started using the product, the atomizer nozzle has failed to spray properly; instead of producing a fine mist, the perfume streams out like a string most of the time.
For this reason, I initially brought the perfume back to the store, and they accepted the product for inspection. A few days later, they called me back and, implying that I was pressing the nozzle incorrectly, demonstrated how to press it properly. When I tried it their way at that moment, it sprayed normally once or twice, but during subsequent uses at home, the exact same issue persisted, and the perfume went back to streaming out like a thread.
Following this, I took the product back to the Forum Trabzon Boyner store a second time. This time, they claimed they sent the product to the manufacturer, who reportedly responded that there was "no defect" and that it was caused by "user error." Right now, my 50 ml perfume is nearly empty, and throughout this entire period, I was only able to get a proper spray 3 to 4 times total. Because the liquid streamed out like a thread in every other attempt, it both stained my clothing and caused the perfume to go to waste.
I am genuinely upset about the money I paid and my damaged clothing. I believe the product is fundamentally defective and has been rendered completely unusable in this condition. I demand a full replacement or refund for my Burberry Hero perfume and request that my grievance be resolved.
