I Am Demanding Authentic Replacements From Merve Kozmetik for Fake Burberry Perfume

I experienced massive disappointment with the Burberry Classic women's perfumes I purchased through Merve Kozmetik's "Buy 3, Pay for 2" promotional campaign. My order, numbered 306071679, arrived on July 4, and when I tested the products that same evening, I noticed there was virtually no fragrance at all—it was as if the bottles contained nothing but plain water.

Although this is a fragrance I am intimately familiar with and use regularly, when sprayed, it possesses zero longevity and almost no detectable scent. I have severe doubts regarding the authenticity of these products. Following this, I contacted the company via WhatsApp, but I was merely strung along with responses stating "we are checking into it," and no concrete solution was offered. They continue to give me the exact same canned reply.

I have been left stranded and wronged by a company that refuses to stand behind the perfumes I paid $67 for. I demand that my Burberry Classic women's perfumes be exchanged for genuine, authentic replacements that possess their proper fragrance and longevity.
