Burberry Sunglasses Bought at Atasun Optik Bent Within 30 Days Without Impact

I purchased a pair of Burberry sunglasses from the Atasun Optik branch in the Çorum Mall. Less than a month after buying them, while simply holding them in my hand to prevent them from dropping, a slight bend occurred in the corner near the lens. Experiencing such deformation in such a short time—despite no impacts or drops—is completely unacceptable, especially for a high-priced designer brand.

On June 18, I brought the sunglasses to the store to have them inspected under warranty, and their system confirmed they were newly purchased. Despite filing two formal appeals, warranty coverage was repeatedly denied, and no assistance was provided. Having a luxury branded pair of sunglasses that I paid a premium for excluded from warranty coverage—and having Atasun Optik write it off strictly as user error—is a massive disappointment.

I demand that the deformation in the product be evaluated under warranty for a product replacement, or if replacement is not possible, a full refund of my purchase price. I expect Atasun Optik to stand behind its products and brand and resolve my grievance.
