I Am Demanding a Refund From Boyner for Expired, Weak Burberry Perfume

On August 12, 2026, I purchased a Burberry Classic perfume from the Boyner department store at the Ankamall Mall in Ankara. When I scanned the batch code on the bottom of the bottle, I was met with information indicating that the perfume was 10 years old. In addition, when I used the fragrance, I noticed that its longevity was practically zero.
Choosing this product as a high-priced and prestigious brand, I was seriously disappointed to find it both this old in manufacturing date and so weak in performance. After browsing through other customer complaints and seeing that similar situations happen frequently, I frankly felt quite discouraged.
I request that the product either be inspected to clarify its authenticity and production date, or that my right to a return or exchange be granted if possible. I kindly ask that my grievance be resolved as quickly as possible.
