Starbucks Palladium Keeps Messing Up My Java Chip – Undrinkable Every Time

I have been drinking Java Chip at Starbucks for 16 years, but lately, the Palladium branch has completely failed to make it properly. Every time I visit, I have to send it back and ask them to remake it, yet they still don’t get it right.

Last night, the same issue happened again. The first drink was watery with no flavor, and when they remade it, the second one was overloaded with chocolate, tasting more like hot chocolate than a Frappuccino—and it wasn’t even cold!

I returned both drinks and didn’t even bother asking for a refund. Starbucks, check your cameras if you need proof. Why should I pay for something I can’t enjoy? Fix your quality control, or I will stop coming!
