Starbucks Coffee Quality Issue and Refund Delay

I’ve had two disappointing experiences with Starbucks coffee recently. Both times, the coffee I ordered tasted like water mixed with powdered milk, completely lacking the quality I expect. The first time, I let it slide, thinking it was a one-off issue. However, the second time it happened, I requested a refund.
I’ve been waiting for a refund review since 8 AM, and as of 4 PM, there’s still no resolution. Normally, refunds are processed immediately, but this delay is unacceptable. How can they “review” the taste issue remotely? This feels unnecessarily complicated, as if I ordered a physical item from Trendyol. If this isn’t resolved soon, I plan to file a complaint with the Consumer Rights Bureau. Starbucks, please address this issue promptly!
