I cannot access my Starbucks account

The problem is that I can't seem to get back into my Starbucks account after logging out. It's really frustrating because me and a friend both tried using the same phone to enter her password, but it wasn't accepted. We even went as far as trying to reset the password, yet that still didn't work out either. So we were left with no choice but to uninstall and reinstall the app, however, when we tried that, the login button just kept spinning round and round which was absolutely maddening. Obviously at this point we weren't able to access Starbucks anymore so I need help resolving this issue ASAP! It's driving me crazy not being able to get back in and I'm sure many other people are in the same boat right now. Can someone please look into this problem and help us out? Thanks!
