My Starbucks App Balance Disappeared

In March, I contacted Starbucks customer service to merge my two accounts on the mobile app. They assured me that my balances would be combined. However, despite waiting for two months and making several follow-up calls, my ₺100 cash balance was not transferred; instead, it was zeroed out. I am deeply disappointed with this service from a global company like Starbucks. On top of that, Starbucks has increased their product prices twice! Even if my balance is restored, its purchasing power has significantly decreased. If this has happened to others as well, I'm sure Starbucks has generated considerable revenue from these issues. It seems they might be compensating for their declining sales in this manner!
