SPX Order Sold As In Stock But Unavailable - Request Replacement or Refund

On 03.12.2025, through Spx’s delivery service, I purchased a product that was shown as available for sale on the website, but I later found out that this product was actually out of stock and could not be supplied. Despite the stock issue, the product continued to be offered for sale, which caused both loss of time and mistrust in the service. Due to this situation, I request either that my order be met with an equivalent product of similar features, or that the full and real amount I paid for the product be refunded to me without any deduction. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and for the necessary checks to be made so that out-of-stock products are not shown as available on the website again.
