Mango Canceled My Jacket Order Days Later Claiming ‘Out of Stock

On November 26, 2025, I purchased a jacket through Mango’s online store under order number EUQ130. After waiting days for my order to arrive, I learned on November 29, 2025, that my order had been canceled due to the item being “out of stock.”
Canceling a product days after purchase — especially when it appeared to be in stock at the time of ordering — is disappointing and unacceptable for a brand like Mango. Although my payment was refunded, the frustration and loss of time I experienced were not addressed.
I request an explanation for this carelessness in stock and sales management, the implementation of measures to prevent similar issues in the future, and a genuine customer-focused approach that prioritizes customer satisfaction. I would also like to state that I will fully pursue my consumer rights regarding this matter.
