Samsung Canceled My 65LS03D TV Order Citing Stock Issue

On October 25, 2025, I ordered a Samsung 65LS03D model television through Samsung’s official website to be delivered to my address in Kepez, Antalya (Order No: TR251025-35008611). I paid ₺54,999 using my bank card. The product was promised to be delivered on October 30, 2025, but it was not delivered on that date. I was repeatedly told that the product was ready for shipment and would be sent soon. However, on November 3, 2025, I received an email stating that my order had been canceled due to stock issues. It is inconsistent that I was informed for days that the product would be shipped, only for the order to be canceled later because of stock problems. When I contacted Samsung customer service, they insisted that the only solution was a refund. However, I purchased the product at a special discount, and it is now impossible to buy the same or a similar TV for the refunded amount. I made this purchase specifically because I do not currently have a television at home. I do not want a refund; I request that the 65LS03D model television I purchased be sent to me, or if it is out of stock, that the equivalent 65LS03FW model be provided instead. I request that my issue be resolved and a fair solution be offered.

You really just ask for contact information and never get in touch in any way, you don't solve any problems, it's unbelievable.

As if it wasn't enough that you arbitrarily canceled my order for the third time this month, you also didn't consider my request for an alternative product exchange and said you would refund me, but you haven't even done that for days. I'm waiting for the TV, it's not coming; I'm waiting for my money, it's not coming; no explanation, no response...
