On December 8, 2025, I purchased a Hannah Rider 2 five-season tent from Spx.com.tr. After my order was confirmed, I noticed that the product had not been shipped, so I called customer service and was told that the shipping time was 1–5 business days. When I called again today, I was told something completely different—that the shipping time was actually 14 business days.
I genuinely do not understand the purpose behind giving different information for the same order or why the process is being extended in this way. This situation is causing me significant inconvenience. On top of that, after the shipping time was suddenly extended to 14 business days, I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled. I never requested a cancellation, and my order was cancelled without my knowledge or consent.
Throughout this process, I called customer service three separate times, yet no concrete solution was offered, and the product still has not been shipped. I request that my Hannah Rider 2 five-season tent under order number 3099654970314272 be shipped immediately without further delay, and that the process be communicated to me clearly and transparently.
