Spx Asics Gt 1000 Warranty Problem

I'm unable to obtain assistance with the warranty of the Asics gt-1000 11 GTX product I purchased from SPX. SPX claims they have nothing to do. So why do I prefer SPX when I can shop cheaper on the internet? Allow me to meet with you in person to discuss the warranty and return. If SPX's only responsibility is to deliver the product to the company, anyone can do it. I'd appreciate it if someone could explain how the shoes got this way in two months. I sent the product for review for the 2nd time and sent a note to Asics saying "When you decide to send it back, throw it away because I won't receive it".
