I bought a Spotify membership code through Yemeksepeti and activated it using the link sent to my email. The offer clearly stated that it included one month free, so I entered my credit card information as required. Even though I activated the code on November 10, a charge of ₺99 was still taken from my card. This situation caught me off guard, and I feel misled by the process. I kindly request a refund of the ₺99 that was charged despite the free-month offer.
