Spotify Charged My Card Despite Free Premium Offer

On September 5, 2024, I signed up for Spotify's "3 Months Free Spotify Premium" campaign by entering my card details. The website clearly stated, "Billing starts: December 5, 2024." However, Spotify charged ₺59.99 to my card immediately after I subscribed.

I contacted Spotify Support and provided all the necessary details. They assured me that a refund would be issued, which I agreed to. However, the refund has not yet been credited to my account, and I have no information on when it will be processed.

If the charge was planned, why does the website mislead users by claiming the billing starts at a later date? I request a clear explanation and the immediate return of my money.
