Spotify Account Transfer And Advisor Issue

I reached out to support because my Spotify account was broken. I got connected to a consultant named U** D. I explained the issue thoroughly, and they suggested, "The best thing for you to do is open a new account, and I'll transfer everything." I asked at least three times before agreeing: "Will my playlist photos come back? Will my profile picture return? Will I regain access to playlists I co-own?" U** D. said, "Yes, I'll transfer all that; some information will come within 48 hours." I approved, and the transfer happened, but none of the three things I asked for - Playlist & Profile pictures, and co-owned playlist access - returned. I contacted support again, and they said not to worry, it'll come. Two weeks have passed, and still, nothing. Just now, after a long wait with support, they claimed it was a misunderstanding, and these transfers are not possible. Do these consultants speak at their own discretion? I accepted based on U** D.'s assurance; if they wouldn't happen, I wouldn't have agreed. I'm in a serious predicament now. Spotify, you absolutely need to fix this. I asked at least three times and every time, I was assured that all the information would transfer. This kind of misunderstanding shouldn't happen.
