I Can’t Make Any Payments on Spotify and Support Isn’t Helping at All

I’ve been trying to make a payment on Spotify, but nothing works—no matter what I do. I contacted customer support expecting a solution, but the response I received was honestly insulting. They told me they couldn’t fix the issue and that the payment team would handle it.

But when the payment team finally responded, they simply said, “We’re unable to process your payment,” and offered no explanation or solution. I asked follow-up questions, but they completely ignored them. I even shared a screenshot from my last support chat to highlight how I was being brushed off.

Spotify, this is unacceptable. I want to pay for your service, but your system is blocking me—and your support team clearly doesn’t care. Fix this issue and give me a real, working solution. I expect better.
