I’ve been trying to make a payment on Spotify, but nothing works—no matter what I do. I contacted customer support expecting a solution, but the response I received was honestly insulting. They told me they couldn’t fix the issue and that the payment team would handle it.
But when the payment team finally responded, they simply said, “We’re unable to process your payment,” and offered no explanation or solution.
