Spotify Customer Support Ignored My Issue – Unhelpful and Unresponsive Live Chat Team

I encountered a significant issue and reached out to Spotify’s live chat support, expecting quick assistance. However, they didn’t solve my problem at all; instead, they kept transferring me to others, avoiding taking any real action. Eventually, they stopped responding altogether. To make matters worse, one of the support agents told me outright that they were going on a break and wouldn’t be looking at my messages. I’m incredibly disappointed and frustrated that an app as professional as Spotify has such an unresponsive and dismissive support team. Spotify, please improve your support service and address my issue properly.
