For my 13 Pro max phone, I decided to get a Spigen case that has a Quartz Hybrid Crystal Clear design. After only six months of use, this case, which is advertised as being resistant to yellowing issues, showed signs of discoloration. In spite of the fact that I emailed customer service, they did not respond in any way that was helpful. It's really unfortunate that a company like Spigen produces products that don't live up to its reputation. I would prefer that the product be refunded to me or that it be replaced with one that is free of charge.
