We recently purchased the Samsung S25 Ultra, and it’s only been two weeks—but we’re already extremely disappointed. From the very beginning, the phone has shown serious issues with overheating. It heats up noticeably during regular use and also gets warm while charging, which raises concerns about long-term performance and safety.
We bought this phone with high hopes, heavily influenced by the impressive advertising and marketing campaigns. However, the reality hasn’t lived up to the hype. Instead of enjoying a premium experience, we’re stuck with a device that’s uncomfortable to use and fails to deliver the performance promised.
Samsung, we expect immediate action. This issue is making it difficult to even use the phone normally. Please provide a permanent solution—or replace the device entirely. Customers deserve a flagship product that actually works as advertised.
