Amazon Live Chat With Customer Service Not Accessible
For the past 1–2 weeks, while using Amazon in Türkiye, I have been unable to easily access a clear and visible live chat option with a customer representative to ask questions about products. I do not want to communicate by phone and I specifically prefer live chat with Amazon for my questions. Despite looking for a way to start a live chat, I could not find a clearly visible option and this makes it difficult to get quick information about the products I am interested in. Having to search around for support instead of directly opening a chat is both time‑consuming and discouraging. I kindly request that a clearly visible and easily accessible live chat option with a customer representative be provided on Amazon Türkiye, preferably available on product pages and through the help menu, and that live chat support be offered 24/7 in English as well. I expect this improvement to be implemented so that customers like me can get fast and efficient support without having to make phone calls.
