MyIQ Charged Without Consent - Revolut Card Unauthorized Subscription
I recently discovered on 10.03.2026 that an amount of 24.99 was charged to my Revolut credit card by MyIQ for an “IT equipment subscription” related to the CWI4G device, although I have never taken out or approved such a subscription. I did not give any consent for a recurring payment of 24.99 and was very surprised to see this debit on my Revolut statement. As a first step, I have already blocked this Revolut account to prevent further unauthorized debits. However, the amount of 24.99 has already been charged and I consider this transaction to be unauthorized. I request that the 24.99 charged for this IT equipment subscription be fully refunded and that this subscription, which I never concluded, be cancelled immediately. I also ask for written confirmation that no further amounts will be debited from my Revolut card in connection with this subscription.
