I Face Missing Zamzam Water On Southwind Airlines Flight From Medina To Antalya

On February 23, 2025, I flew with Southwind Airlines on flight 2S 5828 from Medina to Antalya, departing at 00:40. Upon arrival in Antalya, we were shocked to learn that the Zamzam water belonging to all 215 passengers—each carrying 5 liters—had not been loaded onto the plane.
This was a deeply disappointing and distressing situation, especially considering that we were returning from the holy lands. Passengers were left without their Zamzam water, and there was no responsible staff member available to provide clear answers or solutions. Everyone was left confused, upset, and helpless.
Such negligence is unacceptable. I demand that Southwind Airlines take immediate responsibility for this serious oversight, ensure that our Zamzam water is delivered to us without further delay, and issue an official apology to all affected passengers.
