I Can’t Watch Disney+ or Exxen on My Sony TV Because Apps Don’t Appear or Download

I own a Sony TV, and I’m extremely disappointed with how limited and confusing the smart TV interface is. When I press the Home button, only a few pre-installed apps show up—no option to download others like Disney+ or Exxen, even though I have paid subscriptions to both. I expected to enjoy my streaming services on a big screen, but that’s clearly not possible with this TV.
I did some research and found out there’s no Play Store available, which makes things worse. There’s no clear way to download additional apps, and even the internet connection randomly shows as connected or disconnected. The entire system is frustrating and unnecessarily complicated.
Sony, if your TVs can’t support basic streaming services, at least inform your customers before they buy. I want a real solution—either a firmware update that includes these apps or instructions on how to properly access them. Otherwise, this TV is completely useless for modern streaming.
