LG TV Software Issues Hurt Customer Satisfaction—App Store is Limited
I purchased an LG TV, expecting superior quality and performance, but I am deeply disappointed by its software limitations. A friend who bought a similar Smart TV from another brand in the same year has no issues running apps, while LG’s app store lacks essential applications.
I trusted LG’s reputation and paid more for what I thought would be a better experience, yet the software feels outdated and restrictive. If other brands can provide a smooth, complete Smart TV experience, why can’t LG?
LG, I expect a solution! Improve your software compatibility and update the app store to match what competitors offer. Customers shouldn’t have to struggle with missing features after paying a premium price!
