I'm very annoyed by the ongoing issues I'm having with the Sodexo mobile app. Every time I try to make a payment, the app crashes, forcing me to use my credit card multiple times. Sodexo sent me an SMS advising me to uninstall and reinstall the app if I encounter any problems. I took their advice, but the issues persisted. They claim to have improved the app, but do they have a testing environment? How can so many people be stranded and inconvenienced in this manner? I'm seriously considering changing companies and will put pressure on the company we're working with to make the switch from Sodexo. It's past time for Sodexo to address these recurring issues and provide its users with a dependable mobile app experience.
