Sodexo Mobile App Glitch, Stuck at the Logo
The Sodexo mobile app will not open for me. I have tried multiple times. The Sodexo logo appears whenever I click on the app, but it does not proceed any further than that. The majority of restaurants in the area where I live do not take credit card payments; instead, they only accept payments made via mobile app. Over the course of the last week and a half, I've been responsible for covering the costs of my own meals. Even though the old app had problems, they only occurred once a month, and they were resolved in less than ten minutes each time. However, there are numerous issues with the newly released app. In my opinion, this matter calls for prompt action to be taken so as to address it.
