In Turkey, the Sodexo Mobile App does not function when required. We recently discovered that the app does not work properly during meal times. Because of this issue, we have been forced to make additional payments outside of our allocated meal budget, the amount of which was paid to Sodexo Turkey. This issue not only adds to our financial burden, but it also causes unnecessary stress and confusion during mealtimes. We are having serious difficulties planning and managing our meal services due to the app's malfunction. We had previously reported this problem to Sodexo Turkey and were told that corrective and preventive measures had been implemented. However, the current situation indicates that this issue has not been resolved, and the app's functionality remains problematic. We urgently request that Sodexo officials find a solution to this problem and ensure the app's proper operation. If this issue is not resolved, both our company and its employees will continue to lose money and time.
