Invalid Redemption Code with Sodexo Fit Voucher

I recently redeemed my Sodexo Fit voucher in order to use it at Lufian; however, the website lufian.com is giving me an "invalid code" error when I enter the six-digit code that was provided to me. Your customer service center has not offered a solution to this issue, despite the fact that a large number of other users have reported having this issue, and it appears that you have resolved it for them. Should we really have to resort to posting here in order to get help? I would appreciate it if this matter could be resolved as quickly as possible and if my shopping voucher could be activated. Please take action to solve this issue as soon as humanly possible. Thank you.
