Amazon US Book Shipment Stuck With Aramex

8

I ordered the book “Proof: The Art and Science of Certainty” from Amazon Turkey, sold and shipped via Amazon US with delivery by Aramex. The shipment was supposed to be delivered around 20 June, but more than three weeks have passed and I still have not received the book. I am a university student and I needed this book to study for my exams, but my exams are now over and I never received the product. During this process, Amazon customer support asked me to share the invoice, which I did, but nothing was done afterwards. Later, while checking my spam folder by chance, I realized that I had received an email asking me to complete some legal procedure through e-Devlet, but customer support never clearly informed me about this requirement. I completed the requested legal procedure anyway, yet even after about a week there has been no change in the shipment status and my package still does not move. I am extremely frustrated that a simple book order has turned into such a long and unclear process, and that I had to discover critical information on my own from the spam folder instead of being properly guided by support. My Amazon order number is 2352304684. I expect either a very clear and prompt explanation of whether this shipment can actually be completed and, if so, exactly what steps I need to follow and when my order will be delivered, or a clear instruction to cancel the order along with a full refund if Amazon cannot deliver the product. I want this situation to be resolved quickly and transparently.
