On 23/06/2026, a Bosch refrigerator was delivered to us, and right after the delivery we noticed visible lesions and dents on the top of the appliance, as if it had been crushed or punched. These damages were present from the very beginning and are clearly not related to our use. We immediately contacted Bosch service and the seller and reported the situation. However, neither Bosch service nor the seller accepted any responsibility and refused both refund and recovery. Moreover, we were told that even if they replaced the refrigerator, the new product would be in the same condition, which we find unacceptable for a new product that should be delivered without any damage. I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either providing a full refund or replacing the refrigerator with a new, undamaged product. I expect Bosch and the seller to stand behind their product and correct this problem as soon as possible.
