Samsung Air Conditioner Support Keeps Delaying Promised Callbacks

Over the last 4–5 days, I have tried to reach Samsung’s air conditioner support multiple times, and the process of lodging a complaint and contacting customer service has turned into a highly bureaucratic, sluggish, and frustrating experience. It is virtually impossible to directly reach an authorized department or supervisor through the call center due to an unnecessarily rigid and hierarchical structure. Instead of being able to find a direct point of contact to resolve my issue, the system forces me into a one-sided dynamic where I am simply told that I will be called back whenever it is convenient for the team. Because of this approach, I am forced to halt my daily routine and sit by my phone, waiting indefinitely for a call that could come at any moment. Despite being explicitly assured that I would receive a callback “within half an hour,” this commitment is repeatedly broken, and the actual waiting time routinely stretches to an hour or even an hour and a half. In the last few days, I have called or requested a callback around 10 times and still have not been able to reach any authorized person or supervisor to resolve my issue. It is entirely unacceptable that filing a complaint and waiting for follow-up should cause such a massive waste of time and create professional uncertainty. I demand that this hierarchical and inefficient communication model, which disregards customer satisfaction, be overhauled immediately. I expect callbacks to be made within the promised timeframes and request direct access to an authorized person who can swiftly resolve my ongoing grievance regarding my Samsung air conditioner.
