Sodexo Meal Card Auto-Payment Failing Every Month

Even though I have an active automatic payment instruction on my Pluxee meal card, the automatic payments have not been processed for the last three months. I am able to make the payments manually, but the automatic system simply doesn’t work, causing me to deal with the same issue every month.

I tried contacting customer service, but I was unable to reach anyone. Since your online systems are also not functioning properly, I cannot receive any support.
My card number is 12995938.

I request that my automatic payment instruction be fixed and activated as soon as possible, and that a solution be provided regarding customer service accessibility.
