Pluxee Keeps Rejecting My Electronic Wet Signature for Membership
Since October 6, 2025, I have submitted multiple applications through the Pluxee website to become a member business. However, Pluxee does not accept my electronic wet signature, which is valid and recognized by public institutions, government offices, and banks. I encounter the same issue with every application, preventing me from completing the membership process. I also contacted Pluxee customer service during this process, but the attitude I faced was rude and unhelpful. Not only was no solution provided, but the way I was treated made the situation even worse. As a business owner who leaves home at 5:30 a.m. and doesn’t return before 7 or 8 p.m., I request that Pluxee either send someone to collect the documents for signing, as other companies do, or accept my electronic wet signature, which is recognized by all institutions. I ask that my issue be resolved and my membership process completed.

Yes, information was provided by phone, but I don't need this anyway. The problem was not resolved, and I couldn't become one of your member businesses, nor do I want to anymore. I have removed your advertisements from my workplace. It's not us who need you, it's you who need businesses like ours, but you are not aware of this. I will do my best to inform incoming customers about the problems we experienced and direct them to other meal card companies.
