Poloniex Exchange Login Error, Account Locked for Months

I've been trying to get my money and access my account for months, but it's been a real struggle.
I've reached out to customer service several times, but unfortunately, they haven't been very responsive or helpful. They haven't given any updates or explanations for the delays.

Many people are facing the same issue. Lots of other users have had trouble getting to their money on Poloniex. I'm really annoyed and I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. I kindly request that Poloniex promptly unlock my account and grant me access to withdraw my funds.
