Poloniex Account Recovery Issue – No Response from Support


I have been unable to access my Poloniex account for two months. Every time I try to log in, the page displays a system error. I even took a screenshot and sent it to support, but despite multiple messages, I have received no resolution.
I am unable to make any transactions, and other exchanges work perfectly fine for me. So why am I locked out of my Poloniex account? This is extremely frustrating, and I expect an urgent response from the support team. Please resolve this issue immediately and restore my account access. Ignoring users like this is unacceptable!
