I've been having trouble using the ₺2000 gift voucher provided by my company in the Pluxee (formerly Sodexo) app for the past two months. When I tried to use it at Macfit, I got a message saying 'Promotional code used or not found.' After attempting to contact the call center multiple times and sending several emails over the past two months, I still haven't been able to find a solution. Throughout this period, the prices for Macfit memberships rose, leading to financial losses on my end. I keep hearing that the investigations are still ongoing. When I attempted to utilize it at Opet, I discovered that Opet was unaware of any such voucher. I will make sure to notify my company about this problem so that they avoid using Pluxee for rewards in the future.
