Pluxee Card Balance Deleted! Lost Balance After Quitting Job Without Warning

I had been using my Pluxee gift card through MGM, and after I left my job I discovered on September 30 that my card balance had been deleted without any legal notice or warning. When I opened the app I was prompted to add the card and could no longer access my existing balance, which was approximately ₺10,000. When I contacted Pluxee customer service they told me to speak with my former employer, but I consider this the theft of an earned right and I have seen similar complaints from other users. There was no contract clause, notification, message, or email informing me that my balance would be deleted after leaving the job. I request the immediate return of my balance and remediation of this grievance, and I will pursue my legal rights if this matter is not resolved.
